Dr. Payam Akbar was doctoral student and scientific associate at the Department of Marketing of the Kiel University since March 2013. He finished his study of business psychology with focus on consumer psychology and marketing management and the Hochschule Fresenius Cologne in 2010. Before working at the Kiel University, he gained perennial experiences in the area of e-commerce and multi-channel-retailing. His research focuses mainly on areas of consumer behavior and online-marketing.
