Kurzbeschreibung:

This project aims at analyzing the state of the art about how consumers draw (un)healthy nutrition decisions. The main objective of the project is to determine the relevant levers that need to be pulled to “Make sure that the healthy choice is the easiest choice” (or even the default choice). In order to contribute to this DEDIPAC vision, the project reviews and synthesizes the literature on determinants and correlates of individual food choice in various disciplines.
