The paper “Digitalization as Solution to Environmental Problems? When Users Rely on Augmented Reality-Recommendation Agents” by Tom Joerß, Stefan Hoffmann (both Department of Marketing), Robert Mai (Grenoble Ecole de Management), and Payam Akbar has been published by the “Journal of Business Research”. Based on an experimental study, the study shows that recommendation agents based on augmented reality can help foster sustainable food consumption decisions at the point of sale.
